This Privacy Policy explains how Inovia ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the 52weeks mobile application ("the App"). The App is designed with privacy in mind: it works offline, stores your data only on your device, and does not track you.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
We only collect information that you create inside the App:
All of this data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, receive, or store this data on external servers.
We do not collect your name, email, location, device ID, analytics data, or advertising identifiers.
Your challenges, notes, and photos are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded anywhere by the App, unless you choose to export or share them yourself. Your device's operating system may also back up App data to cloud storage as part of its system-level backup features, if these are enabled on your device.
Uninstalling the App removes all data stored locally on your device, unless your operating system restores App data from a system-level backup. This process is managed entirely by the operating system and is not controlled by the App.
The App works fully offline by default. However, certain screens may connect to the internet when you open them, for example:
If you enter the "Ideas" or a similar section, the App connects to our ideas service to download inspiration content. The only information sent is your language setting. No personal data is transmitted.
The App may display simple, non-personalized ads for products or services. These may include promotions for features inside the App, other apps by Inovia, or products and services from third parties.

The App does not use third-party advertising networks or external ad SDKs.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed securely by the platform you use (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
We do not receive or store any payment information such as your name, email address, billing address, or card details. The App only receives a confirmation from the platform that a purchase was completed so that the purchased feature can be activated on your device.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Uninstalling the App removes all data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
